SCT Platform — Proprietary Software

The Supply Chain Transparency Platform (SCT), accessible at sct.grigolato.it, is proprietary software developed and owned exclusively by Grigolato.it. This includes, without limitation:

  • The B2B product registration and supply chain event management system
  • The B2C Digital Product Passport (DPP) consumer-facing platform
  • The REST API for machine-to-machine integration
  • The 3PL logistics management portal
  • The GRI stablecoin token management interface
  • All smart contracts deployed on the Sui blockchain under the gri_stablecoin module
  • All associated database schemas, QR/NFC provisioning logic, and GS1 Digital Link implementations

Access to the SCT Platform is granted exclusively to registered clients under a separate service agreement. Any access, use, reverse engineering, scraping, or reproduction of the SCT Platform without a valid agreement is strictly prohibited.

Mijn Seizoen — Proprietary Software

Mijn Seizoen is a proprietary seasonal fruit and vegetable e-commerce platform developed and owned exclusively by Grigolato.it. This includes, without limitation:

  • The multi-locale storefront and product catalogue management system
  • The Mollie iDEAL payment integration and order processing logic
  • All front-end interfaces, HTMX interactions, and session management code
  • All database schemas, pricing models, and business logic

The Mijn Seizoen platform, its codebase, and all associated intellectual property are the exclusive property of Grigolato.it. Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Grigolato.it shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • The use of, or inability to use, this website or any of its associated platforms
  • Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the content published
